How do I become a member?
We welcome all individual luxury collectors in 50 countries to join Gestreon Club and enjoy the Member Benefits that the Club offers.
To apply for Membership, simply select the Membership Type and apply by purchasing the Membership that is right for you. We'll review your application and you'll receive a confirmation email once your Membership is accepted and your monthly subscription is set up successfully.
In which countries does Gestreon Club operate?
At the moment we welcome members with billing and shipping addresses located in the following 50 countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
Unfortunately, if your country is not listed, you won’t be able to join us as a member - for now!
When does my Membership start?
Your Membership starts from the date that it is accepted (when you receive our confirmation email of Membership Acceptance), and not the date when you applied for the Membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at anytime.
Simply chat with your Personal Selling Assistant on WhatsApp to request the change. Once your membership change request is received and accepted, your new membership plan will be activated within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel or pause your membership at anytime after the first month of your subscription payment.
You can request the cancellation or pause of your membership by giving a written notice to your assigned Personal Selling Assistant on WhatsApp or by email to membership@gestreonclub.com no later than 14-day prior to the renewal date. Unless such notice is received in writing no later than 14 days prior to the renewal date, Gestreon Club will renew your subscription level based on the current plan.
What happens to my sale listings if I cancel my membership?
Your sale listing is live and social media advertising is running for the period of active membership.
If you cancel your membership, your sale listing will be removed and social media advertising will stop at the expiry of your active membership.
If you pause your membership, your sale listing will be deactivated temporarily and social media advertising will be paused until your membership is activated again.
How do I update my WhatsApp number and shipping address?
We'll use the phone number that you registered when purchasing the Membership to contact you on WhatsApp, and your shipping address to issue shipping labels for your sales.
If you'd like to update your number and/or shipping address, simply log in to your account on our website. You'll have the option to either edit existing address and phone number (WhatsApp) or add a new address.
I am a Business Seller/Professional Personal Shopper, can I join Gestreon Club?
Gestreon Club is created exclusively for Individual Sellers.

Why is my Membership not accepted?
Membership is offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and we may refuse your application to become a Member, if we believe that Gestreon Club is not suitable for you.
To ensure the integrity of the Club, our Marketplace and to protect the safety of our Members, we may request for further personal information upon review of your application.
Your Membership Fee will be refunded if we are unable to offer you the Membership.

How do I start selling?
You'll receive a confirmation email once your Membership is accepted and your monthly subscription is set up successfully.
Within 24 hours, your Personal Selling Assistant will reach out via WhatsApp to commence the selling process. Please make sure to add your WhatsApp number at check-out.
How do I list item for sale?
Your Personal Selling Assistant will ask a few questions about your item. We also need you to take a video and high quality photos of your item. Don't worry if you are not familiar with taking product photos, we'll give you guidance on how to take the best photos and videos that sell.
We'll then review all information and provide an expert valuation (non-obligatory). At your discretion, we'll take care of listing and marketing for you.
The entire process is undertaken conveniently via WhatsApp, in the comfort of your home, at your own pace. All you need is a smartphone.
Where is my item listed on?
Your item will be listed and advertised across our social media accounts and Marketplace, in the form of Instagram Story, and/or Instagram Post, and/or Marketplace listing.
To maximise your selling success, we use our data and expertise to decide the method and timing of listing and advertising for your item on a case by case basis.
What can I sell?
We accept authentic luxury products in Good, Very Good, Excellent and Never Worn condition from the most premium designers of the below categories:
- Bags
- Accessories
- Watches
- Jewelry
- Shoes
- Ready-To-Wear
Items must be valued at or above $/£/€300. For example of eligible items, please visit our Marketplace.
All items will be virtually inspected for authenticity. We reserve the right to reject or remove items if they are deemed to be not authentic or unsuitable for sale on our platform.
Who are my potential buyers?
You'll have access to our exclusive community of Luxury Buyers, including not only Private Collectors, but also professional business buyers such as Luxury Resellers, Vintage Boutiques and Personal Shoppers in 50 countries:

What if my items are not authentic?
Gestreon is a safe and considered environment for high-end transactions. We have zero tolerance policy for counterfeited goods.
We strictly accept only authentic products for sale. All submitted items by members are virtually inspected prior to listing. In addition, we may request for further information such as proof of authenticity and proof of purchase. For the sale of high-value items, we undertake ID verification of both the buyer and the seller to ensure complete integrity of the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse to sell an item that we are unable to guarantee its authenticity.
Items that are found not to be authentic or not as described during physical inspection, either by our team or by the buyer, will be returned to the seller at the seller's cost.
We reserve the right to terminate the membership if 2 or more submitted items by the member are not authentic. Member will be permanently banned from Gestreon Club if 3 or more submitted items by the member are not authentic. Paid subscription fee is not refundable if the membership is terminated by Gestreon Club.
When will I be paid for my sale?
We make payments every working day, meaning you’ll be paid ASAP for the items you sell.
Your payment will depend on the shipping type chosen by the buyer during checkout.
If the buyer chooses Expert Authentication Shipping, your payment will be processed within 24 hours, or the following working day, once your item has been authenticated by us and declared compliant.
If the buyer chooses Direct Shipping, your payment will be processed 72 hours after the delivery of your item, if there are no issues flagged to us by the buyer.
How do I ship my item?
Once your item is sold, we will provide you with prepaid shipping label for a hassle free shipping experience. Depending on the buyer’s choice, you will ship your item directly to the buyer, or to us for physical authentication.
How long does it take for my item to sell?
The time it takes for the items to get sold depends on the style, market demand and the selling prices you're looking to achieve. As a result, some items might take more or less time than others to sell.
Upon submission of your item for sales, our team will review and provide an expert valuation and pricing suggestion which aims for reasonably fast sales. We also monitor demand overtime and provide you with suggestion for pricing adjustments if needed.
